The Board plays a vital role in steering the direction of our club, ensuring that it remains focused on its mission and values while also addressing the needs and aspirations of our swimmers and their families. Some of the key responsibilities of the Board include:
-Strategic Planning: Setting long-term goals and objectives for the club's development and growth.
-Financial Oversight: Managing the club's finances, budgeting, and fundraising efforts to ensure sustainability.
-Policy Development: Establishing and reviewing club policies and bylaws to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all members.
-Community Engagement: Representing the club within the broader community and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
-Supporting Club Activities: Assisting with the organization and execution of club events, competitions, and initiatives.
We will be holding elections for the Board of Directors at our water show near the end of the season.
